Our Proprietary Process

Network & Uncover

Utilizing our vast network and deep connections within the industry, we pull recommendations for Mission Partners from board members, advisors, current mission partners and peer organizations and conduct our own deep inquiries into the space.

Vet & Select

We utilize our 3-month proprietary evaluation process prior to confirming engagement. Drawing on our core criteria, we evaluate the organizations’ strengths and weaknesses, with particular focus on commitment to equity, leadership expertise and fit with Bright PInk’s mission, in addition to the program model.

Partner & Co-Design

Once engaged, we partner to develop a detailed project plan and evaluation methodology to enable future expansion and replicability.

Evaluate & Scale

Because of our deep engagement in project creation and execution, we ensure transparency and integrity as hands-on partners, enabling donors to have a high degree of confidence in the process and results.
