Position Summary

 The Content Manager (Manager) contributes to the development of Bright Pink’s promotional and educational multimedia content designed to engage constituents in personalized breast and ovarian cancer prevention, and stakeholders in fueling our mission. The Manager will develop, maintain, and optimize compelling communications and creative assets that bring to life our brand values and identity, and effectively translate health information in a digestible, accessible, engaging manner. This position will report to the Vice President of Brand & Experience and will work closely with Programs & Engagement team to ensure accuracy and consistency of brand and visual communications across all organizational channels.

Essential Functions

  • Produce digital and print assets to communicate the organization’s mission, deliver programs, engage stakeholders, and further our brand reputation
    • Deliverables to include email marketing, document and presentation design, eBooks, whitepapers, printed brochures, sell-sheets, blog posts, infographics, experiential display, digital advertising, merchandise and other collateral
  • Ensure consistent visual identity while tailoring for optimized conversion per channel across email, social, SMS, web properties and more
  • Collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts to interpret organization’s health positioning into content and ensure medical validity of content
  • Prepare customized and cobranded materials to support corporate and brand partnership activation
  • Collaborate with Business Development leaders on proposal/pitch deck design and sell-sheets
  • Maintain an organized, accessible, virtual library of brand elements and creative assets
  • Manage content and design requests cross-functionally
  • Manage print and production vendors as needed
  • Engage external design support (Freelance copywriters, graphic designers, video production) on a project-basis

Minimum Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in content development; communications and/or healthcare background a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in email marketing, familiar with mailchimp
  • Experience managing content via CMS, familiar with wordpress
  • Expert in Adobe Suite
  • Familiar with basic HTML, CSS
