  • Lindsay Avner

    CEO and Founder

Lindsay made history in 2006 when she became the youngest woman in the country to have a risk-reducing double mastectomy—a choice based both on science and a strong family history of breast and ovarian cancer. She founded Bright Pink in 2007 to help young women become strong advocates for their own breast and ovarian health. Today, Lindsay is a nationally recognized women’s health advocate and speaker.

  • Deborah Lindner

    Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Deborah Lindner, FACOG, graduated from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. As Bright Pink's Chief Medical Officer, she was instrumental in the development of the Women's Health Provider Education Initiative, which teaches women's health providers how to better stratify and manage patients based on their breast and ovarian cancer risk.

  • Carli Feinstein

    VP of Development

Carli leads Bright Pink’s strategic business development and integration, establishing and managing key stakeholder relationships to enable the organization’s life-saving impact. Outside of the Bright Pink office, you can find this Chicago native cheering on her beloved Chicago Bulls (or dreaming of a championship win during the offseason).

  • Erin Williams

    Director of Marketing

Erin hails from New England and has called Chicago home for 10+ years. Prior to heading up the Bright Pink marketing team, she led creative and content strategy for household brands at Razorfish, one of the world's largest interactive agencies. Her passion? Sharing the Bright Pink story with as many people possible.

  • Kim Henke

    Director of Product Development

Kim has called Chicago home for most of her life. She recently transitioned into the non-profit world from Motorola Solutions where she worked for 10 years in product management, services and learning. She is excited to bring product management experience to Bright Pink’s live-saving programs. Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and their French bulldog “child,” Gus.

  • Liz Perri

    Director of Peer Support

Liz is a licensed clinical psychologist. She is in private practice in downtown Chicago, and specializes in working with adults coping with medical concerns. Liz helped launch Bright Pink’s peer support initiative, PinkPal®, in 2008, and has loved running the program ever since.

  • Elise Geiger

    Team Operations Manager

Elise was raised in Illinois though she feels like a displaced West Coast girl. She has successfully spent her career thus far in sales, community relations, management, human resources and as an entrepreneur. She welcomes any opportunity to connect with and help people. In her spare time she also paints, gardens, and loves her American Bulldog, Bodhi McFlinch Snorster.

  • Jessica Wrobel

    Growth Marketing Manager

A graduate from the College of Media at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Jessica is thrilled to bring her energy to Bright Pink. With experience in a range of service, product, marketing, system, and project management, Jessica is focused on spreading the news and gathering supporters of Bright Pink's mission. Outside of the Bright Pink's cozy home, you'll find her dreaming up travel plans with her husband, Sam and daughter, Eleanor.

  • Lindsay DeThorne

    Sr. Strategic Engagement Manager

A Chicago-native, Lindsay was an event planner for Ronald McDonald House Charities before joining the Bright Pink crew. Lindsay oversees Bright Pink's line-up of incredible cause marketing partners that reach millions of women online and in stores with life-saving information. When Lindsay isn't at the office, you'll find her playing golf or cheering on the 2015 Stanley Cup Champion Blackhawks!

  • Brooke Eanet

    Program Manager

Brooke studied journalism and strategic communication at the University of Missouri before charging into the content marketing world. While developing articles and blog posts within a wide range of industries, Brooke gravitated toward health brands and nonprofit organizations. This led to discovering (and admiring) Bright Pink’s programs. The rest is history!

  • Brynn Draguesku

    Development Manager

Brynn has been with Bright Pink for over two years, since graduating from the University of Southern California. She works on the Development Team overseeing signature events and Bright Pink fundraising initiatives around the country. In her spare time she teaches Irish Dancing and is passionate about promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

  • Amanda Korcal

    Community Engagement Coordinator

Amanda is a Michigan native and a member of Bright Pink's Programs Team. • Julia Johnston

    Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Julia is a Chicago native and a DePaul University graduate, who was searching for ways to use her marketing powers for good when she met her match with Bright Pink!
