Katie is a tireless champion for women’s health and has dedicated her entire career to serving organizations that exist so that people, especially women, can live their best lives. Prior to joining Bright Pink, Katie served as the Vice President of Development at Planned Parenthood of Illinois. As Bright Pink's CEO, she leads the organization's strategic growth and programmatic initiatives that empower women to become strong advocates for their breast and ovarian health.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Deborah Lindner, FACOG, graduated from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. As Bright Pink's Chief Medical Officer, she was instrumental in the development of the Women's Health Provider Education Initiative, which teaches women's health providers how to better stratify and manage patients based on their breast and ovarian cancer risk.
VP of Brand & Experience
Carli oversees marketing & communications, creative & content production, cause marketing sponsorships, and ambassador engagement to bring Bright Pink's programs, initiatives, campaigns, and fundraisers to life. Outside of the Bright Pink office, you can find this Chicago native cheering on her beloved Chicago Bulls (or dreaming of a championship win during the offseason).
SVP of Development
Madalyn is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in Individual Giving and board development. As a steadfast advocate for women’s healthcare and rights, Madalyn is responsible for inspiring, broadening, and deepening the support of individual donors, and providing leadership, vision, and management of the department’s staff and fundraising efforts. Prior to joining the Bright Pink family, Madalyn served as the Director of Major and Planned Giving for Planned Parenthood of Illinois (PPIL) and directed the Annual Giving program at The Field Museum of Natural History. Madalyn graduated from Loyola University Chicago and recently received her MBA from Roosevelt University with a concentration in Strategy.

As a CPA who has dedicated her career to serving non-profit organizations, Traci comes to Bright Pink with a wide range of experience leading finance departments through day-to-day operations, financial planning and reporting, and systems optimization. She is devoted to helping non-profit organizations maximize the impact of their dollars for the communities they serve. Traci graduated from Bradley University with a master’s degree in Accounting. She is a native of Central Illinois, but now calls Chicago home. Outside of the office, you can find Traci visiting farmers markets, gardening, experimenting in the kitchen, and trying new restaurants with her husband.
Associate Director of Development
Gret has passionately worked in Development her entire career, coming to Bright Pink after working in individual giving roles at Lake Forest College and Greenhouse Scholars, a national education nonprofit. As Associate Director of Development, Gret oversees Bright Pink's annual giving program and works with individual supporters. She lives with her husband on the Northwest side.
Senior Digital Communications Manager
Annalise is a social impact communications professional with nearly seven years of experience who is deeply passionate about women’s health. As Sr. Manager of Digital Communications, Annalise oversees all strategy and implementation behind Bright Pink’s digital platforms–including social media, web, email, and more–and serves as the lead on the Bright Pink tone and voice. Annalise holds a bachelor's in international relations from Michigan State University and a master's in professional communication from the University of San Francisco. Outside of the Bright Pink HQ, you can find her walking her dog Calvin or perfecting her recipe for tofu fried rice.
Senior Corporate Partnership Manager
Chelsea is new to the midwest and fell in love with Bright Pink’s life-saving mission immediately after moving to Chicago. She comes from the social impact sector and has a personal tie to the services Bright Pink provides. She is excited to bring her experience with corporate engagement to the role and oversee Bright Pink’s amazing brand partners in order to reach women in all aspects of their life. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys exploring Chicago with her husband, traveling and trying new restaurants.
Associate Development Manager
Amanda works to develop, execute and optimize Bright Pink’s peer-to-peer fundraising strategies, specifically focusing on the management of Team Bright Pink and other fundraising efforts. Amanda joined Bright Pink in 2016 after moving to Chicago from Michigan. She holds her Bachelor of Science from Aquinas College, where she studied Psychology and Community Development.
Associate Manager of Development Operations
Lindsay is a Chicago area native and proud graduate of Marquette University. She is a member of Bright Pink's Development Operations team and manages the donor database. Prior to joining Bright Pink, she worked in Data at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. Most recently she had the opportunity to travel and work remotely as a freelancer in in Europe, Asia and South America as a participant of a program called Remote Year. When she's not working, she is sipping her favorite Argentinian tea maté or planning her next travel adventure.
Community Engagement Specialist
Sherese has been a digital storyteller for the past ten years. With a background in both film and marketing, she has weaved her two passions to create a digital tapestry that helps inspire women to live their best lives on their terms. As the Community Engagement Specialist, Sherese curates Bright Pink's social platforms as well as engages with the community to create enriching educational experiences. In her free time, she can be found dancing to 90s R&B, shopping for shoes, and reminiscing about the 99 and 2000s.
Born and raised in the Chicago area, Jeff has been handling Bright Pink's legal and contractual work since 2008. Outside the office, Jeff is the founder of the iPhone app Howla.
