A Detroit native, Bright Pink’s mission wooed Amanda to Chicago. Amanda wears many hats, specifically making sure our CEO and organization stay organized. During her free time, you can find Amanda reading a book, playing with her two pups or cheering on her alma mater, Michigan State University, during football and basketball seasons.
VP of Brand & Experience
Carli oversees marketing & communications, creative & content production, cause marketing sponsorships, and ambassador engagement to bring Bright Pink's programs, initiatives, campaigns, and fundraisers to life. Outside of the Bright Pink office, you can find this Chicago native cheering on her beloved Chicago Bulls (or dreaming of a championship win during the offseason).
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Deborah Lindner, FACOG, graduated from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. As Bright Pink's Chief Medical Officer, she was instrumental in the development of the Women's Health Provider Education Initiative, which teaches women's health providers how to better stratify and manage patients based on their breast and ovarian cancer risk.
Director of Development
Gret has passionately worked in Development her entire career, coming to Bright Pink after working in individual giving roles at Lake Forest College and Greenhouse Scholars, a national education nonprofit. As the Director of Development, Gret oversees Bright Pink's annual giving program and works with individual supporters. She lives with her husband on the Northwest side.
Corporate Partnerships Manager
An Ohio native with a background in corporate retail and philanthropy, Tara oversees development, growth, and management of Bright Pink's portfolio of wonderful corporate sponsors. In her free time, she loves everything that empowers women and girls to do, feel and be their best.
Born and raised in the Chicago area, Jeff has been handling Bright Pink's legal and contractual work since 2008. Outside the office, Jeff is the founder of the iPhone app Howla.

Jessica is an accomplished innovation and new product development professional with over 15 years of experience across a variety of industries and consumer brands. Jessica graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics and Spanish and has an MBA in Marketing Strategy and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. When she’s not at Bright Pink, Jessica spends her time running with her yellow lab or running to watch her kids’ baseball or softball games and musical performances with her husband.
Chief Compliance Officer
Katie is a tireless champion for women’s health and has dedicated her entire career to serving organizations that exist so that people, especially women, can live their best lives. Prior to joining Bright Pink, Katie served as the Vice President of Development at Planned Parenthood of Illinois. As Bright Pink's CEO, she leads the organization's strategic growth and programmatic initiatives that empower women to become strong advocates for their breast and ovarian health.
SVP of Strategy & Advancement
Brand & Community Engagement Manager
Sherese has been a digital storyteller for the past ten years. With a background in both film and marketing, she has weaved her two passions to create a digital tapestry that helps inspire women to live their best lives on their terms. As the Brand & Community Engagement Manager, Sherese curates Bright Pink's social platforms as well as engages with the community to create enriching educational experiences. In her free time, she can be found dancing to 90s R&B, shopping for shoes, and reminiscing about the 99 and 2000s.
Laura has a broad range of experience in accounting and finance after working in several different industries throughout her career. Fueled by a passion for helping others affected by cancer is what led her to Bright Pink, where she serves as the Senior Accountant in the Finance and Operations department. Outside of the office, being altogether as a family with her three sons and husband attending sporting events, concerts and movies or hanging out at home with their beloved golden doodles is the time she treasures the most.
VP of Finance & Operations
As a CPA who has dedicated her career to serving non-profit organizations, Traci is devoted to helping mission-driven organizations maximize the impact of their dollars for the communities they serve. Traci leads Bright Pink’s day-to-day operations, financial planning and reporting, employee experience, and systems optimization. Outside of the office, you can find her gardening, experimenting in the kitchen, playing with her cat, or starting (and likely not finishing) a random craft project.
